To qualify for a refund, your return must meet the following criteria:
- The product(s) must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
- The return must include a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, packing slip).
Non-Refundable Items: The following are not eligible for refunds, unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered (e.g., makeup that has been swatched or applied).
- Custom or personalized items (clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page).
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).
2. How to Request a Refund
