Shipping Policy – Fenty Beauts
At Fenty Beauts, we strive to get your favorite beauty products to you as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery timelines, shipping methods, and related details. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Day), during which processing may be delayed.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day.
- If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 2 business days to discuss options (e.g., partial shipment, cancellation, or backorder).
2. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is shipped, delivery is estimated to take 6–12 business days for all destinations, whether domestic (within the United States) or international. This timeframe begins from the date of shipment (not order placement) and is subject to the following:
- Carrier efficiency and route delays.
- Customs processing (for international orders), which may extend delivery beyond the estimated window.
- Remote or rural locations, where delivery may take slightly longer.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped via standard delivery methods.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. During checkout, you can enter your shipping address to confirm if delivery is available to your location. Please note that:
- For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees. In such cases, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping destination.
- The weight and size of your order.
- The selected shipping method (standard only, as expedited is not available).
All shipping costs are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and added to your order total before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can also track your order by logging into your Fenty Beauts account (if created) and navigating to the “Order History” section.
- Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update after shipment, as carriers need time to process the package.
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date at [email protected]. We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or if tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to locate the package. If deemed lost, we may issue a replacement or refund (depending on stock availability).
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs (if required).
7. Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the order reshipped (at your expense) or receive a refund (minus the original shipping cost). Unclaimed orders will be processed for refund after 30 days.
